This number has called my husband and my phone 4 times today from 6am until now 10:45 am, each of us twice.  At 6am a message was left in Chinese on my husband's phone.  We don't speak Chinese and have no idea what it said.  I just got another call and did not answer, and no message on my phone, so I called the number back and it said it was a "MAGIC JACK" number that has not been assigned to a person yet.  So Magic Jack allows you to make phone calls for free.  It is unknown who is doing this since when you call the number back, it's a Magic Jack recording.

Called back and got a message saying it was a "MagicJack" # not yet assigned.
We've had a MagicJack # before, and yes, you buy the device and plug it into your computer and make calls to anywhere for free...you can also 'reassign' it a different # other than the one it comes with.
