All they tell me is "AMP" When asked what AMP is they say American Merchant Processing.  They are super pushy. I think it is a VERY annoying persistent sales call.

This AMP has called me 3 times in the last 3 days. They all are Super pushy, rude, and over talked me. I could hear every one in the back ground but the person on the phone trying to tell me to get the owner. I called my Merchant he said its a scam...

call my office two times a day after repeated telling them to stop calling. I confirmed with my Merchant Services provider, they are a scam called. I told the scammer that we are aware of their scam and the guy Timothy acted like he was an FBI agent - spoke rudely to every employee who answers the phone - aggressive and tried to be intimidating. Gilbert on the other hand agreed when I said they were a scam and he changed his tune and said they were calling to offer their services. LOL what company would ever choose them as a service provider when they are clearly a POS company.... I wish I could block their number with a recording stating they have been blocked!!

Yes our busy received two rude calls from a lady from 415 903 0936 tried to convince us that there is an emergency with our credit card processing account and that we need to give her info over the phone to verify our account before we can proceed with help.  I explained we have no account with them, she insisted for info said we have an account.  They are a scammer, I told them no and do not call us, not interested.  Less than a minute later she calls back, I ask her not to call and told her she is a scammer, she got rude and said I do not understand that I need to let her finish telling me about an emergency with our account, I said no and to not call again to our business.  These people are scammers and are trying to extract info from your business.

They call everyday asking to speak to the owner and say they do not have a do not call list...Does anyone know how to block there calls?

Ditto to the other comments here. Tons of background noise. Said she is only authorized to speak with the owner. There is an issue with our merchant account. I asked if she was from our bank and she replied that she works above our bank (whatever that means). I asked her name and company info. Noise it he background. I'll call you right back.

They literally call 3 times everyday! I finally decided to research the number and i see all these posts! I will block them but they do call from different numbers, the next call i receive i will definitely let them have it & i will makesure they never contact my business again

These guys are on a tear. 3 calls in the last 4 days. As everyone above has said, they are rude, aggressive, vague and persistent. The urgency they convey regarding calling them back is a cross between the FBI and a plumber telling you your toilet is about to explode. Incredibly annoying and aggravating.

This company is not a scam and this is inaccurate information. I actually gave this company a chance and now i am happier than ever and would never change my provider again. I have been processing with them since 2009 so don't know what all these companies are talking about.

This company is not a scam, despite the other comments on here about this phone number, yes I did my research prior to speaking with them and yes I was skeptical at first, but I gave them a chance and have actually had a really positive experience with this company.

The FTC takes a dim view of employees who post glowing reviews for their employers.

This is inaccurate information and the receptionist or people that answer the phones need to write down the messages accordingly because this company only calls to notify the business of a specific type of change. It's not an emergency or anything to that nature. No one acts like they are the FBI they are only following the procedures and policies of the company they are employed with.

Caller id was PNT REYES STA CA.  Call was already blocked for me.  15 seconds later we got a call from 6083716666 - JANESVILLE   WI  which is the call in number to report calls like this to the free call blocker.  It was the MERCHANT PROCESSING scammer in a very low voice and I told him he was a scammer to a fake etc etc etc in a LOUD voice.

I've been getting multiple calls from 415-903-0936. They are very insistent on speaking with a particular staff member because of "changes to our account that already went through." I confirmed with our accountant that this is a bogus call, possibly marketing, and that we'd be contacted directly by our merchant services company if there was a change. I told the man on the phone what our accountant said and asked him not to call us again. He said he'd make a note in our record that the call was intervened and that he'd try back for the particular person later. I said he wouldn't get through, but he could try. They're very secretive about the information they need to provide. If they call again, I'm going to pretend it's a bad connection and hang up. :P

So called caller id was  PT REYES STA CA.  Called last week too.  Calls already blocked for us.  Our little business has 2 customers and we don't deal in advertising or credit cards.  I checked and this number is NOT currently registered with any US phone company.  HMMM??

Incredibly rude to me and my staff. Pushy, rude, condescending. Repeatedly states that it's not a sales call, but definitely a sales call. These people are scum.

Caller id was  PT REYES STA CA.  Called twice and were blocked and then use 608-371-6666 and left a 3 sec huffy sigh on voice mail.  Talk about pushy.

My husband received the rude call from a man name Bruce from 415 903 0936 tried to convince us that there is an emergency with our credit card processing account and that he need to talk to owner ASPA. I called back and found out this number doesn’t received incoming call. I explained we to him have no account with them. They are a scammer and are trying to extract info from our business.

When they call, they appear as "PT REYES STA CA" on caller ID. I have only bothered speaking with them once and the way they acted immediately reeked of a scam. The woman on the other end said she was an associate from a company called American Merchant Processing and that she needed to talk to the owner as soon as possible regarding our (non-existent) account being compromised. The whole claim was hilarious since, first off, I have worked at this organization for almost a decade now and know all about who we do and do not do business with. Secondly, the fact she asked for the head honcho and not the finance department was laughable. When I questioned her on her hogwash, she became indignant and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about before I hung up on her. They have tried calling multiple times over the last few weeks since then, much to my annoyance. The last time they called they tried hitting us up three times in a row after I immediately hung up on them. I have since then blocked them on my and my coworkers' desk phones.
