Im getting calls from that number too as well as 416-000-5876 and 416-000-7954

same as everyone else, got the call on my cell but didnt answer.
i called back on a work phone from the office, but just get a recording saying "sorry, the number you have dialed is not in service" or similar to that.
I get weird calls like this all the time on my cell and it annoys the hell out of me.

I have received calls   at 4 different times today on my mobile phone...can not return call ..it goes to dial tone...just answered the call and automatated message re: factory warranty on my car!  not so!  very old car...also said if I did not want to receive calls press 2 to be taken off the list... did so..we will see...different subject... I also  keep getting text messages from "I don't know who"  don't answer but being charged anyway...using up over $30.00 per month!   even though they are sitting in que cause I refuse to answer.  I have no way to block any numbers   what is up with that?

4 times in the last 2 hours!

I get them too - they keep sying tis is your last call....  I tried calling but you can't.

Got call on cell phone several times. Also have received calls from other 416-000- numbers. Is this a new trend for telephone scams?

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone in Toronto. This is about the 3rd time I got this.  Can anything be done about these annoying pests?

I am so tired of this - they are just eating up my cel

Just got the call - but no one was on the other line. Also, just got a call from 415-413-2854. Not sure where these 2 got my cell number from all the sudden - it's a work cell, not personal.

Will this be part of bell mobility's responsibility? I'm wondering how they get my cell number and my home phone number. Please STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!

yup, just got the call literally 5 minutes ago. i already knew not to pick up because there are no numbers with 000 in toronto. i get so many random calls on my blackberry.. so basically if i don't have you saved, i'm not gonna pick up -_- it's so annoying!

I also get this call 3 times!!! So angry...it saied "your vehicle warranty may expire".
I think they try to sell something.....do not answere it anymore!!!

I keep getting this too, the # calling me on my cell phone, I also get 416-000-1396. There was also another 416-000- something calling my home #.  It's very annoying and they call 3 times a day (at least)...I haven't answered any and don't plan on it either.

Received 4 phone calls from one of these variations over the passed three days.

There was a piece done on this company by CTV last week.  They are using a very aggressive style of marketing.  The company is based in the US and they use this message to entice people to buy their warranties.  Don't bother responding.  While the calls are annoying, they are supposedly not doing anything illegal.  I would advise that if you do decide to answer the call, you make it known that you are not interested in any of their products, and that they are to stop calling you.  That's about all you can do at this point.

this is annoying to say the least - tried calling back and got recording that the call cannot be completed as dialed. So much for being able to tell them where to go. Where are they getting the cell numbers from?!

numerous calls received over the past month...same thing...car warranty expiring...if anyone knows how to stop this please post!!

In the Us companies can buy and use programs that can send out messages and calls to just about any tel #.  They then use their systems to multi dial to thousands of #s at once with the same message.
