I get it several times a week and it sometime leaves a voicemail, somtimes it hangs up. Just irritating. - PWI have been getting calls like this for some time now, 2 or more times a day, and now I have been recieving similar calls from a "collections" about a credit card. I want to know where these scammers get these numbers from? Who's selling our numbers to companies like this??? - KDont call back the number, someone told me they heard that they charge you long distances charges of like thousands of dollars or something if you do, thats the whole point of them calling to try and SCAM you.
- car-less Torontonian. replies to aNGRY CAR OWNER| 1 replyhaha... warranties out of Compton?!
I asked the woman the name of the company, she said they were called "warranty services". I asked her if it was a scam and she countered that they were simply a company offering warranties. "No you're not. You're trying to frighten people!" She laughed and asked if there was anyone in my home who owned a car.
When i asked where they were based; in the states or Canada, she told me she'd take me off the list and hung up on me.
complaining to the FCC hasn't seemed to work in getting rid of these folks, or getting them to change their tactic. What to do.. - i have no car, you [***]They've called several times. And when i speak to a representative to give them a piece of my mind, they hang up on me.

- CHFI'm also using Fido, and I'm the only person that I know or is in my family getting these calls. I've read its a car company? I don't even have a LICENSE let alone a car... who's giving our numbers away?!
- ERReceiving a call from them once a day for about a week.
There is never a msg left, and after answering the first time (and hanging-up before listening to the whole sales pitch), I have learned and am permanently screening all calls from unknown numbers. - Tanveerfrom the last few weeks i was getting call from the 416-000-4631 or other No.which i dont remember

- CMthey call EVERYDAAAY! does anyone know how to get them to stop?
- annoyedthey call me several times a day asking me to renew my car warranty...
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AndrewIf you listen through the entire message, there are two options: "1" to speak to their operator to get the pitch, or "2" to be added to their do not call list. Whether or not they actually abide by the list is another matter. I've been getting these calls every other day for the last week, we'll see if this does anything.
- Caller: Car warranty scam

- OntarianCar insurance scam, I don't even own a 'vehicle' so how can my warranty be almost up. They call me daily, I'd hung up the first time as soon as I heard that opening line and haven't answered since.
