I called the number back and it's the Conservative party

Just received a call 2 minutes ago,the connection was almost inaudible.  
Obviously either telemarketer or Conservative Party.  On the "Do Not Call List",but they keep annoying me.

You haven't got a clue who even called you.  Why don't you go to the DNC Registry site and do some reading about those  who are exempt from the registry.

That's miles from helpful. The call will have come from someone identifying himself or herself as calling on behalf of the Conservative Party. That's a given, I know, because I've received the same call. Let's not be afraid or otherwise disinclined, please, to speak the truth about such calls, when evidence is available and is building as to on whose behalf such calls are being made.
