Left message that this is federal agent ??

That is what scammers say, so its one of the Government Agency scams...IRS, SSA, CRA, Grants, etc.

Recieved a call from this number a few times today and once yesterday. Saying this is the last attempt to call me and to avoid federal/criminal charges to call the number back.
I called the number back but it rings and then goes dead.
Any idea what this is?

This number is 100% a scam, do NOT call back or leave your SSN or anything. When they call. Just block or report the number.

My girlfriend got the same number and it said she would be indicted on a federal offence. I know it's a scam number
