they are sales people calling for selling houses.

This is Jane Chen of ReMax, I'm contacting her now to take my number off her call list; it is illegal for her to call because I'm on the do-not-call list and don't have a working relationship with her!!

I get called by real estate agents frequently, I've reported them to their brokerage from time to time, think I'll do it again.
I'm sick of these real estate agents trying to drum up business for doing nearly nothing! I paid $10,000 in commission the last time I sold my house, what a waste, the place would have sold itself no problem in this hot Markham market. You can bet I'll be going with ComFree next time! You can sell your house yourself people, it isn't difficult at all.

We received an unsolicited call from 416-418-9568 on Easter weekend 2016. After answering the phone and my third "hello", I was greeted by "This is Remax, do you want to sell your house".

A. - We are on the Canadian Do-Not-Call list.
B. - We DO NOT have a working relationship with Jane Chen, her Brokerage or any other Brokerage.
C. - The agent did not identify herself by name.

I reverse looked up the phone number 416-418-9568 and it let me to: http://www.janechen.net/contact

A better solution is to contact the owners of the Brokerage directly and ask them to remind their agents about the Canadian Do-Not-Call list and the penalties of ignoring the Do-Not-Call list!

Was visiting my parents when Jane called and said "hello remax want to sell your house" I responded no and was starting to inform her about soliciting and she rudely hung up on me!   Agents like this gives real estate agents and their brokerage a bad name. Thanks to Ken for publishing her information as I plan to make a formal complaint.

Another unsolicited call from what has the be the most UNPROFESSIONAL Realtor out there. After the phone gets answered I'm greeted by silence. Then I hear a female ask "This is Remax, do you want to sell your house?". Answered her "We are on the Do-Not-Call_List, what part of the Canadian Do-Not-Call-List don't you understand..." Silence and she hangs up the phone on me. At no point in this two sentence phone conversation does she mention her name.

See previous messages above, same script. We had Bell add us to the don't call list quite some time ago, I will call and file a complaint about this agent

Don't bother then.

'Do not call' is only for the people who r selling over the phone. But not for survey, such as 'Do u want to sell your house?'

She is only looking for people who is selling the house. If u r not selling, why do u bother?
