416-477-2420: Ontario Ministry of Finance: automated call database informing resident of town hall meetings. Called back and there was a registered message inviting constituents to visit the website and either complain or comment .

First of all, I did not hear most of the message... the sound was bad... the person speaking was not speaking in their mother tongue and made it very difficult to follow. If this will be done again... us professional speakers. There is nothing worse than politician speaking in a language that is not his or hers.

Where can I get a transcript of what you are trying to say?

NO message was left in my voice mail box. If this indeed is a Ministry or government call, then it would be appreciated if a BRIEF message was left as to the nature of the call so that we are not left wondering who placed it.
