They called repeatedly but left no message - who are they?

Just called me and the line was silent.  What is the point of these calls?

They called my cell and my wife's cell repeatedly in March, 2018. No message.

This number 416-477-7121 shows up with the name "Reward Points". Must be a scam because the is no message whomsoever is calling seems desperate; they keep calling. Blocked this call. Useless!

Received two calls
1. One was regards to my 'unused points' from my credit card companies that i was eligible for. She sounded suspicious so i asked her what number would be best to reach her. She could not answer but rather she said this is a random give away so that i wasn't able to reach out to them. Wtf? What type of customer service doesn't have a phone number for their clients to call them back? Hmmm

2. Second one called me regarding lowering my mortgage rate. I mmediately told the person that i'm not interested and hung up.

Do not trust anyone calling from this phone number as they're most likely to be scam company.

Got missed call few times from this phone number. Finally I answered thinking might be from Air Miles reward program. Wrong. Just another marketing scam that wants you to attend some kind of seminar in Mississauga for 60-90 minutes  and then I can collect my international travel voucher for free. Folks there is nothing free in this world in these days. Go ahead if you have nothing important to do in your life. I mean nothing important at all. Another marketing scam.

the caller asking if im buying house in the next 2-3 months.if i had a husband the lady was not professional as if she was being told what to say when i got a incoming call she hung uo called back after I didn't answer she called from another number 4162766567. Has to be a scam

This is like the SECOND time they called. I answered thinking it was a Walking Tour Assistant. BUT IT'S NOT. I really should have fact checked my Volunteer Files and looked at my list of volunteers to realize this number is NOT one of them. Nor, would it be any of the tour guides I'm dealing with. Blocked that number.

Got a call from 416 477-7121 , asked for my name after that went silent

Call display indicated Pri Rewards
Advised that my wife had won a trip for 2, costing me nothing.
I told them to e-mail my wife to sift through the bs.
They asked how much annual income in the family, I declined.
They actually responded when i called back

Seems this outfit is on a dialing roll and if no one answers they don't leave a message. Picked up the call the last time and sure enough out came pitch. Free trip voucher for 2, here's the hook, have to attend a seminar. The only thing free in this world is the air you breath, all else, pry your wallets open....

A little scary that she knew my name despite calling me on a company cell phone that is not listed to me.
I said I call [***] and she stopped talking. Wouldn't respond to anything else I said.
Caller Id listed as PRI Rewards.

Okay so the lady told me I get a free flight and hotel to hawaii, she said something about points from air miles and pc etc, I said to her I needed to google her number first just to make sure I am not being scammed, well looks like its just one of those scams you have to go to seminar etc

I picked up phone and heard a male saying “would you giving me 5000 dollars?” to his colleague.  It was midway into his sentence.  When he realized I answered the phone, he said “Hello?”.

Without saying anything I hung up.

I got a call from this number saying i won a trip to Mexico for gathering point on my air miles card. She asked me if I was single, and over 35 I replied no and she said they were only looking for married couple. She said I’d be next in line for a trip when the next promo came around. It all seemed like a scam

Scammers. Do not leave messages.
Keep calling to lower credit card interest.

They kept calling and not leaving a message. One time I answered it and they said something about "reward points".  I don't have a credit card so I hung up and blocked them.

Called twice in one day at 9:52 am number said Toronto, Ontario and hung up when I answered. At 2:02pm same number said Switzerland, a female asked for Ms. Amanda and when I asked “ who’s calling” they hung up. Heard about scams that try recording your voice to certain questions.

This number has been calling repeatedly. I answered just now for the first time and it was silent for a few seconds, and then a really young woman was on the phone and asked to speak to my name backwards, I said that wasn’t me and they quickly said “okay thank you” and hung-up.
