Calls everyday. Leaves a voice message. Says from FDR. I don't owe anything. I'm sure it's a scam.

My name there is the message that is left for me when I get a call from this number.   I used to have debs years ago, so I looked into it with my bank, and they said I was fine.   Big time scam.  Always saying to call them and ask for Mr. Kosley.  What business says asked for Mr. Someone.   For privacy you never give out your last name.
This is a big scam......

These phone calls are abusive and border on harassment.  My daughter is home during the day and answers the phone, even when she doesn't know who it is.  It is reprehensible that a grown man perceives that it is OK to verbally assault a young woman, over the phone, especially considering that this young woman has NO PART OF THE ACCOUNT HE IS TRYING TO COLLECT ON.
I have reported this company and this man's BOGUS name to the ministry several times.  He calls ten times a day, never from the same number, and he calls outside the parameters of the rules and regulations under the consumers protection act in the province of Ontario,
Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act - R.S.O. 1990, CHAPTER C.14 - Consolidation Period:  From July 1, 2015 to the e-Laws currency date.
Under the law. if a collection agency has broken the rules, you can send the agency a letter and include what you believe they did wrong and that you expect them to follow the law.  If this does not resolve the problem, file a complaint.  If you file a complaint, be sure to include documents and evidence to support it. For example, you can include:
• all letters, emails and faxes that you sent or received from the collection agency
• a record of the date, time and details of the phone calls or messages you received
• a photograph of your telephone display showing the collector’s phone number and the time they called
• digital recordings of phone messages or conversations
• letters from your employer, co-workers, family or friends confirming that the collector contacted them
