I received a textmessage from Cindy ad Mark family that I have been selected to receive a donation of 1,500.000 by Mr & Mrs Hill, to begin claim, I ,ve tosend my full names to emai: cindyanfmarhfamily;outlook.com

I received the same text today.

Called me twice and left a voice message saying she's from Welland courier and that I have a parcel from them. But no answer when i answerto call back, not even a voicemail service set up. She left a name Theresa. Scam!

Number belongs to a process server, trying to find out when you are home so they can serve you with Court documents. They call themselves "Welland Courier". Don't know their real name.

REAL process servers do NOT warn you that they are coming.

That's right. That's why they say they are couriers and have a package for you, and want to know when is the best time to deliver it.

My concierge received a call, her name was Theresa. She said she was from Welland Courier and wanted to know when I would be home to deliver a package from the US.  i never ordered anything!

Says they have a package for delivery- cleared customs and wanted to know what time is best to deliver.

The EXACT same thing happened to me!
