Called me, picked up said hello, it was quiet for a min then a voice I didn’t recognize said hello and I just hung up.

Same here! Blocking this # now. So many scam artists out there, it’s so sad

Tried to call back and it mentions scotialife financial on answering machine

called on behalf of Scotia bank and he was pushing me t get accidental life insurance of 5000.. he himself hung up after guessing am not interested even if he is giving me for free..

The number called me, said it was on behalf of Scotia Bank, saying I could get $5.000 for free. I let her speak for minutes just to waste her time, then I hung up.

Claims to be Scotia bank and they are not

A woman called my phone,  asked to speak to me, used my first and last name  then hung up.....  if that is not strange I don't know what is.  Weird She never even said the company name

Just let the call go to voice mail

Just receive a call from them telling she was calling from on behalf of Bank of Nova Scotia for life insurance & dead for $5000. After 10 minutes making talking and making her repeat, she just hang up

Number calls every day.  I haven’t been able to answer.  Today a woman repeated “Hello” and I received a voice mail.  Upon investigation it is not a Scotiabank number like caller ID says. What scam attempt will this be? Taxes? Student loans?

Got a call from this # claiming to be Scotiabank and was giving scotiabank members a free 5000 for life/injury insurance, told them I already had insurance and they kept pushing for me to get it. I ended up hanging up cause it seemed extremely scripted.
