Male caller seeking donations for the Arthritis Society.

Constant hang ups with nobody there.  Called back and got a "general information line" where i told them to stop calling.  We'll see if it works

Male caller asked for a household member by name. When told that person not home, caller said thank you and hung up.

Male caller, automated voice machine, asked if I needed the new Sirius or XM Special Receiver to make it compatible in my area. Then it said we'd be getting a call from the agent tommorrow.

Calls and then hangs up when I answer the phone.

When I called the number back I was sent to voicemail identifying itself as a general information line.
Then it anounces that it is full and asks me if I want a different number.

Woman identified herself as Ruby Keoughan. Said she was with the African Medical Research Foundation. I called back this number and got the same automated message. AMREF is a legitimate charity, but I'm not too sure about the woman.

Male caller, asked for me by title and last name (although our number is unlisted!). Soliciting donations for "Ugandan children" but did not give the name of his association. Told him I was already donating elsewhere- seemed suspicious as he didn't identify himself in any way.

Caller hangs up when I answer. Calling about 4 times a day.

This number calls my cell and hang up when I pick up the phone.
I phone back and the message is "You have reached the General Information Line. You don't know which company it is and who is calling and what is about. Next time if you see this number calling, just cut off.

I was called twice today from this number. First a female voice asked to speak with somebody... The second time they hang up on me...

Male and female callers for a 10 day period. Asked for husband by name, but when informed not home said they would call back later. Most times, they hang up! One time female caller hesitated, then said she was from Conservative Party of Canada. Called number and got "general information line." Sounds like a phishing scam. Hopefully our long distance won't be abused by calling back. Watch carefully folks.

I received 3 calls today, all of them hang ups.  I called the  number back and got "you have reached general inquiries".  I left a message saying not to call my number again.  They call my house everyday, usually more than once and always hang up.

Male caller called 2 time but got no answer, finally answered and he solicited money for some strange foundation.  Asked him not to call again.

Our company has had this number call a few times now.  I had a call just moments ago and there was no noise at all they just sat there so I hung up. I called them back, a ladies voice on the voicemail said "general information".  I planned to leave a message telling them to stop calling however the "mailbox" was full - go figure.  There should be something done thorough the legal system that forces the "phone companies" to provide us with protection from these A.H.'s.  Whenever a complaint is made about a phone number or a call with unknown (the phone companies can varify the number calling even if it's private)the legal system should have to follow up on this as a preventative method.  If we provide them the time the call came in they would be able to match it up and nail that A.H.'s.  Another one is 866-233-2777 they do the same damn thing.

Calls about 4 times a day, nobody speaks.  Have left message in General Information mailbox asking not to call.  Seemed to call more frequently after that.  These people should be stopped.  We need do not call legislation with serious penalties for violators.
