Someone probably called your number using a CiCi long distance phone card. See more information at the CiCi website here.  http://www.ciciphonecard.com/

On my current CiCi card it indicates 416-849-9350 as the Toronto regional access number. In my experience, this is also the same number it displays to callers if the caller ID info is not available. If the information is available it will usually display the number of the telephone the call is placed from.

Excellent phone card and I've used them for several years when I travel. My only pet peeve with their service is this; if the person you are calling does not recognize the number they are sometimes hesitant to pick up. In my opinion it would be better if the CiCi Long Distance name or something similar was also displayed to call recipients. The same would also be helpful when services like Skype or other VOIP networks are used to make calls.

Very weired. I have never called this number, and I don't live in toronto area. But my phone bill of last month says that I called this number many times and some calls were as long as 84 minutes! What is going on here?

I experienced the same as above. I was given the same phone number also the following address:- 25-35 High Street, Suite 202, Toronto. TPX IP4.

We have had two phone calls from this company saying we have won a lot of money on a lottery in Canada. We have been told we shall need to pay £1,800 to obtain the chequered due to us!!! The person is supposed to be phoning us back tomorrow morning at 9am with the final details. Phone number - 0014168499350. Address given is Suite 202, 25-35 High Street, Toronto, TPX IP4.
