A threatening pre-recorded voicemail that claimed if I do not respond within 24 Hrs, I will be charged and thrown in prison. Yes the message actually claimed, "thrown in prison". Which is B.S. because I've been getting this same caller leaving me msg for about a week now. Every day at the same time. By their claims I should be thrown in prison by now for not replying back within 24-Hr.

I think I need my phone serviced. According to the pop-up message I got on my phone, when I put a caller on block, they will never bother me OR leave me any text or messages again. But the fact from day 1 I blocked this caller, but each day they call back and leave me a damn msg.

Got a similar call, but the phone number was pre-fixed with 011, therefore an international scam call.  Therefore "CRA" is calling from Switzerland ??? :)

got a call from this # and just declined it. They left a vm that stated to resolve this matter and it’s my final warning. Really??? left a number to call back but really???? This is better than the ones from china that I couldn’t understand, I suppose.

Fake CRA voice message

Yes, they called me to tody. They are a fraud. But how come they have a Canadian Numbers.

Got the same pre-recorded fake CRA call today July 31, 2019. Threatening me with the grandy jury etc. This is a small business, not a private number. Burnaby, B.C.

Got this scam call today Jul 31, 2019 as well. Considering Canada doesn't use grand juries it is definitely fake.

Received two calls today from this number. The first I answered and immediately hung up before anyone at the other end had a chance to speak. The second one came in while I was driving so it went to voicemail. Typical CRA Scam call warning me that this is my final warning and to call them back if I wanted to avoid an appearance before the Grand Jury.

Totally freaked me out but also extremely fake and the exact same as all the answers above

I got a call from 416-218-0842 stating it is an unequipped cra number. Sounds really similar to your guys experience.
