Not a legit Toronto Number. The number itself is a Bell land-line, but this call is spoofing it using a robo-dialler.  Pre-recorded message starts with music and then a female voice comes on giving a message in Chinese!   I don't speak Chinese, but I have been plague wirh similar calls since I texted.someone who does and uses his cell for everything, so likely his is infected and likely they got my cell number that way with spyware. I keep blocking them,  but they spoof new numbers. Happens about once a month.
