Calls my cell phone every few days at various times.  CID says "unknown" Renton, WA.  Never leaves message.
Do not give my cell number out - only family & close friends.

I just got a call from this number.  It was a woman with a cigarette voice telling me my car insurance has expired.  I can't recall the name of the insurance company she said.  Began with an L.  I told her I don't have insurance with them.  She said, then why is your policy coming up?  How many cars do you have?  I said good bye and hung up.
