I've been on the Do Not Call list for years. It makes zero difference. Every time I mistakenly answer one of these scammers, I always interrupt them and say "This number is on the Do Not Call list," at which point they immediately hang up. Everyone knows the Do Not Call list has no teeth.

Yet you are not aware that survey calls are completely legal and do not need to use the list to scrub their call records?

Legal surveys call at 6AM? I don't think so.

You expect me to believe that you stopped back after almost 2 months to reply to me?  Tell me, where in your original post did you mention "6AM"?  Could you point that out to me?  Because somehow it isn't showing up on my screen and I looked both on my computer and my phone.  You can't point that out because it isn't in there so based on what you wrote my reply is 100% correct and your lack of understanding about being on the DNC list is standing out like a sore thumb.

I have to wonder about that, but you do know that while the TCPA regulates the times certain types of businesses call it does not regulate surveys don't you?  Now go troll elsewhere.
