Called my land line. Rang twice then hung up. Caller ID said "Out of Area" (which this area code isn't for me) so I'm sure it's yet another scammer. BLOCKED.

No message. Not out area for me either. Blocked.

Unknown caller, leave sno message. Calls at least twice a day. very irritating

Guy named Brian knew my name and was soliciting for a donation for veterans. When I said I was not in a position to do so right now he pushed me for just a small donation. I declined and he politely wished me a good day.

I didn't appreciate him trying to guilt trip me into sending money for veterans and how veterans sacrificed their life for me. He was very pushy even when I said no.

Of course they are.  This is the "hero" charity scam, set up to enrich the owner of the call center and not the veterans they claim to give money to.

Calling me twice a day for last week. Never leaves a message. Today I answered and he called me by name. I said who is calling and he hung up.  When I called back twice recording said not a working number check the number again.  So annoying. I suggest he get a real job.

That's called confirming your identity. Now this crook can for sure put your name along with your number and resell it. That's how pests you've never spoken with before can surprise you by already knowing who you are. Don't accommodate these bozos by saying who you are until they do first and it's a call that pertains to you.

Got a call from these clown asking if "Chan" was there .I said there was nobody by that name and they had dialed the wrong number. The guy says "well maybe you can help", I'm so and so from some charity and we're raising funds for veterans. When I said I was a veteran and didn't accept phone solicitations he kept reading his script. I finally said we were done and hung up.

Scam.  Blocked.

Called asking for head of household, Spam

they called asking for donations, for a police association... complete scam.

Called my cell Asked for the head of House
hold!!  Asking for donation  for the police!! got pushy !! I just hung up on him!!  Think his name was randy!!

The guy named Brian called right now and asked to speak with a head of household. I told him he can speak to me. He was asking donation for police. I asked him to provide his badge number. He said Have a great day and hanged up. I didn't  tell him my name, he didn't ask about my name. He called me Ma'am.
