    An all-too-familiar, pre-recorded marketing message from an unethical, fly-by-night credit marketer, or scammer.  As usual, the area code and prefix are spoofed to match YOUR number, and the message never mentions WHICH credit card they would be calling about, since they obviously have no idea what card(s) you have, if any.

    The message went something like this:  "Hi, this is Lisa, calling about your credit card.  I'm not calling because of a problem on your account, but to let you know about a special opportunity..."
