    I just got a message that they are they are the IRS and this is their last contact regarding a lawsuit the IRS has against us.  it says it is Washington but my caller ID said Baton Rouge, LA.

    Received a call 7/1/15 from Michael Clarke claiming he was IRS and that I owed $3k in back taxes for 2009-2014 and that local authorities were coming to handcuff me within 72 hours.
