this person keep calling back to back and nothing is being said

Had an email trying to get me to call this number.  I checked here and decided not to call.  Here is the (spam) email:

We got same thing.
deleted the email and cleared my cookies & such when we get these or any spam mail.

Already know we do not know this person. This was not personal.
I think they might be collecting phone numbers.
not sure.

I ALWAYS look up who called first these days because of the above examples.

We keep getting the same email and phone calls from this number also. I did call the number from a public phone no answer and no voice mail. We have blocked there email address and phone number.

Are you associated with stores on line?

Yes, I am associated with StoresOnline and, yes, this same person has contacted me 8 times by email since early July.  Probably more than that since I cleaned out my email files recently, but as of today there are 8 contacts in my trash folder.  I learned early in my association with StoresOnline that I would be prey to any number of "companies" calling me to try to horn in on my business.  Almost all of these have been coming from Washington state - I almost succumbed to one a few months ago and almost threw away $600 for an 'optimization' service that I can get thru StoresOnline and/or their associated companies.

Here's mine (almost word-for-word to the above post from 15 June 2010 - and note the spelling of the company name under her name):

May be a legitimate company, but they represent themselves as the only solution to optimizing your website. They also discredit PMI and Stores on Line

I have had quite a few emails from Emily@futureranking and from elaina@optomizedsolutions, I have sent emails back to them telling them not to contact me and then first thing this a.m. there was another email from elaina. I am happy with both storesonline and pmi, have been with them for about a year. Watch out for 212-736-1105 as they are trying to get money from people to make a video for your website which I believe pmi will do your marketing. This number 212-736-1105 is steve broecker and james williams or williamson and they display themselves with the taxclub out of New York.How do we get these people to STOP?

This person has called me and emailed me, and today I have contacted all of the people I know from Future Ranking and told them to stop and that I would be contacting the Ohio and Washington Attorney Generals due to the scams that have come to me since I contact legal advice regarding them, Fortune Learning Systems and all their associates.

I have an online store, and these e-mails are coming through as if they are inquiries from my store.  I have not received any calls, probably because my number is not on the site.  Today is May 26, and I have 7 of these messages in my junk folder dating back to April 15, which is when I noticed that the name seemed familiar and started holding on to the e-mails to see how often they came in.

Switched my Domain DNS, they must have pulled my information from GoDaddy account and called me pretending to be an SEO frirm associated with another company, which he was not. These guys are worse than sleezy, and prey on people who don't know better. Very shady this man's soul is black.

Sprint robocall. You are past due on your account. Directs you to 1-888-335-6963.

Today, I received yet another attempt from them to contact me:  There are 2 'orders' in my webstore from them:  no items ordered, just a contact form filled out with messages identical to those listed above, and both from Elaina Cassin, Optimized Solutions Inc., 425-296-0281.

I replied to her email:
"Thanks for your interest, but I have no intention of contacting you other than this reply.
If you had used your actual company domain name (futureranking.com) to which I learned optimizedsolutionsinc.com is registered, you may have gained a tad more credibility.  As it stands, however, I have no need for your services at this or any other time.
Please refrain from contacting me in the future, unless of course, you’d care to actually place an order on my webstore."

Additionally, I used the contact form at FutureRanking.com:
"Is Future Ranking affiliated with 'optimizedsolutionsinc.com'?

I've been receiving solicitations from elaina@optimizedsolutionsinc.com
and would like them to cease."

If you are on the do not call list and they have called, please log in at www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint, They are aware of this company and building a federal case against them. Calling from number is 425-296-2784
