Just got a call on my cell stating that I had won a cruise of some kind and that "she" was having some kind of problems with her headset. I mean really.

I got the same message...

Same exact thing happened to me.

Did "she" say something like "Can you hear me now?"   If so google "phone scam say yes".  There apparently is a nationwide scam brewing where the robocall says they are having an issue with "her" headset.  They then ask if you can hear them.  If you say "yes" they record that.  Supposedly they will use that to try to bill your utilities or credit cards with bogus charges.  What I do not get it how they get any credit card info unless I was stupid enough to give it to them.  In any event this once again shows you should not answer a call from a number you do not know.

Just got a call that I let go to voicemail. The recording says "I'm sorry, I couldn't quite hear you. Can I connect you to a travel coordinator...". And that's when I deleted the message. The caller shows up as "Mountlake Terrace, WA" on my phone.

Just got a call, left no message.  Showed up as a call from Mountlake Terrace, WA.

Same dude that must work for all these scam companies

Received call from 563-7616. I answered, dead air, then hung up. Showed up as Mountlake Terrace.

Called my cell phone which has the same area code.  I answered, but didn't say anything, eventually the caller hung up.  Will be setting this number to "no ring".

I just cot the same call saying she was having"problems with her headset". She tried to get me to say yes but I absolutely would not and hung up,!

Woman called and said she was having trouble with her headset and that I had entered a drawing. I said I'm sorry and hung up.

just got the same call with the head set BS 10:40am 2/24/17

Just got a call from this number but didn't answer since it's an unfamiliar number. Glad I didn't pick up.

Answered this call in January...ditto above...headset prob & can you hear me now...I hung up
Just now, February 24, same # called my cell...I didn't answer, left no message

Received the same thing stating I had just stayed at one of their resorts and she was having problems with her headset.  I said No I didn't and hung up

Also, glad that I did not pick up, what a bunch of [***].  Thanks everyone.

Same recorded message from "Emily" pretending to have trouble with her headset. Ends with "Can I transfer you?" I said, "Hi, Emily, what's your name?" and she apologizes for not understanding and then hangs up.
