NCO Financial Services - calling in regards to CitiGroup Credit cards and calls all day long as well as from 205-561-2457.

wont stop calling,all day all nite even on sundays!

call from this number, I didnt answer, got a voice message, when listened... it was just feedback noises 4 MINUTES AT THAT.

Not happy with the latest attempts made by NCO Financial to contact me. I do not own a credit card with Capital One or Citigroup or whichever they "represent". This week, I have been harassed by them and their various numbers 866-251-0699, 571-431-1948, 206-629-8637, and this morning 425-648-9467. They do not answer when you pick up. They wait 5 seconds before hanging up. Then if you call them, they want your 16 digit account number otherwise they can't help you. Disgusting and it has to be illegal for companies to sell your private info to 3rd parties. No protection from the phone company to block them. Or law enforcement either. I don't know how or why I became their latest victim and I'm pissed. I don't want to change my number of life because of them. It seems I have no choice.

One more thing, if they get your vm, you end up with a 2 min faded background noise as their message.

This has got to stop. I do not wish to be a victim of identity theft or allow these perps to victimize others. Enough is enough!

The BBB probably can't do much to help. I don't know who can.

No one in my house has anything to do with ChittyBank, so why they're calling me is beyond me.  No one ever on the other end of the phone, just air.  Call at all hours.

I'm getting calls from 425-648-9467 at all hours of the day and I have never had a mortgage, house, car, credit card or any debt.  I've never had anybody, ever to owe debt to (except school, but that's covered)  It's just random calls to nobody in particular.  Something is clearly wrong with their robocaller.

This number has called two to three times a day. The last time it rang then a miss call came up a second later it rang again. this happen four times in a matter of 15 seconds. Warning the following numbers are from IC Systems which is scum of the earth. The numbers are 571-431-1948,866-251-0699,205-561-2457. These people will hound you until you give. They do it illegally. Submit a Complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

I would certainly suggest filing a complaint ASAP....I'm going to do it as soon as I finish this email...here is the info and please file even if you got called just once (this is directly from the Do Not Call website:

NCO financial is a collection agency for capial one credit cards. Their other phone number is 1-866-251-0699.

Call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call......it's almost as annyoying as writing this !

Call this bunch of crooks by their gIven name, SOB. tHEY KNOW.

They call on my cell phone and then just hang up when it goes into voicemail. Very annoying!

Caller ID says NCO Finl.  They called hundreds of times before from an 800 number... usually no one at the other end when I'd answer and they left no message when I did not answer.  Finally spoke to someone.  He was looking for a person I don't know... said he'd remove our phone number from their call list.  That lasted three days now they've started again from this 425 number.  They call at all hours.  THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
