Called at 6:34PM.  Caller ID shows UNKNOWN NAME.  I answered and then the call terminated. I called the number back and get a computer generated voice that said I was randomly selected to participate in a poll.  They did give the name but the quality of the computer voice was very poor.

Got called from (425) 657-5167.  Left no message.

Left a voice message ... it was a survey about education in Washington State (maybe other topics; didn't listen to entire voice message.)

out of area.....left voice mail....must have thought I answered....?    Do you think education in  Washington state is going in the right direction.   Press 1 for yes and 2 for no.......Suspect a push pull poll or something worse.   Who knows.

Sending a random report? Won't say what it is or ask for further information? A thick accent and a phone that silences every time the person on the other end is not directly talking so you can't hear its a call center unless they are speaking to you?
