I work in a restaurant in Georgia. Received two phone calls from this "company" today. They asked to speak to the owners. I told them they were busy, first guy was nice. Said sorry to bother, will try later. And hung up. Second guy calls couple hours later. Again, we are a restaurant. We are BUSY. So when I answered, he asked to speak to the owners. I asked who was calling, and what it was in regards to, its a simple question that you ask when you answer calls at a restaurant, or ANY business. He just said that it was in regards to the finance of our business. So I knew it was a scam. Plus, he had no idea what our owners name is. Didn't even know if it was a guy or a girl. So when I asked more questions to take a message. He cuts me off and says do i know what they are calling for. I responded that he said finance information. So he said, then why can't you just [***] give the phone to the owners. Why are you asking so many [***] questions. I said excuse me? and he hung up. I called back, and of course, it is NOT a legitimate company. Just some [***] scamming people. I asked to speak to his owner, or manager, and he said why? Where am I calling from? Why do you need to talk to the owner. And I said because you are rude and disrespectful, and I want to speak to a manager. He said I am the manager. And said what are you going to do about it. I will keep calling back and bother them the way they have bothered us. bunch of scammers who have nothing better to do with their lives.
