They have gotten to the point of harrassment, even though there is no one there, and no one

ever leaves a message.

If anyone else would like to bring a Law Suit we are with you.

Just received a call at work regarding Microsoft computers.  I asked what about it and he said (in a very heavy accent) that they have been getting some error messages.  I said I don't think so, thanked him for calling, then hung up!

Almost daily calls from this company now. I was bored one day and strung the woman along as she told her story of my computer causing error messages on her server. I told her I could help her with her server errors, but my consulting fee was $1000 a day with a minimum 1 week engagement. She got very angry and told me she was "not in the mood for foolishness" before hanging up.

same guy just called me. heavy Indian accent. Claimed to be with Microsoft. My pc was reporting errors that indicated I was infected with a dangerous virus. I asked what was the pc name and ip address of the reporting pc? he said hold on and hung up. Never got to his sales pitch. But obviously a scam.

basically the same story here. i played along for a few minutes & then called him out. that's when he got vulgar... whispering creepy sexual things. anyone else have this happen to them??? what a creep.

Calling multiple times a day, will not leave a message, have not answered.  Read through the other messages regarding this number and had to investigate the "ASSOC" "CMD" all that does is display the current file associations of the programs that are installed on that system. the "CLSID" is for the "send to target" of the system

I called this # back and it was a pre recorded message saying it was the federal trade commission and I was probably calling this # back because I think I am a possible victim of email spamming! Weird.

Just got this call about my computer. I'm a computer tech and knew it was a scam. I hung up, but they kept calling me several times. I put my phone block on this number. they also calling cell phones. Beware!!!

Just got a call from 425-9981533 from an Indian sounding woman telling me that there were emails being sent from my IP address that were suspicious and warning me about someone else using my computer to send out emails that were terrorist in nature.  I told her to take my name off her list and that I was using Charter Communications and I was not downloading anything whatsoever and NO one was using my IP address.  She told me to go onto my computer and she would walk me through some sort of check to see where these emails were coming from.  I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up.  This is a phishing scam sure as shooting and if anyone calls like this tell them you will call the police.

In from Montreal, Canada. Just received the call, I told him with my French accent that I didnt needed any computer service, he hung up in my face, I think he didnt like my accent LOL
He had a strong Indian accent....seem like a scam call!

no message don't answer calls from unknown number to waste my minutes on cell, blocked it done!

Laval, Quebec, Canada: I got the call from this number "L 1 425 998 1533" and my dad picked up first, he said that "someone from our house called on "425 998 1533" to fix the computer problem". So my dad gave me the phone to me. And his starting explains about the computer error:


Scammer: we are getting some error from your computer
Me: what error?
Scammer: When you buy your computer once you install the Operation system and active your windows license. All the information is sent it to us including your computer ID.
Scammer: Some error which is infected your computer and I need to help you to remove that error. If you please give me the access to your computer so I can remove the virus.
Me: As I have knowledge to computer, I knew it was scam. So I said "No it's OK I don't want to remove the error. I want to keep the virus in my PC"

Scammer: Oh well is not good to keep the virus in your computer
Me: I hang up

I have received numerous calls from this number, 7 in the last 24 hrs to be exact.
Caller ID says Bellevue, WA.
I am aware of the scam and every time I told them to stop calling me, but they kept doing it. Same story, error messages from my computer etc etc. Now I blocked the number. It is actually very interesting to call the number back: you get a message from some government agency warning you about scams and phishing.

Played with the Indian Guy on the phone for 15-20 minutes.  I strung him along playing SUPER DUMB for the first 3 minutes, before I got all Charlie's Angels on him.  Told him I didn't know what a Ctrl key was, and the key next to it was blank.

Then I called him out and asked for his supervisor.  To which he said he didn't have one.  Then I asked the name of his company, which he said was Zion Technologies.  I asked his name, which he said he couldn't tell me.  I asked for his companies phone number, which he said he was not authorized to tell me.  Then I asked for his company address, to which he said he didn't know.  I asked where he was located.  He said he didn't know.  I asked if someone in the building knew where he was, which he said no. no one knew where they were.  I then asked him what his home address was.  He told me 15018 Hat Creek Rd, Poway, CA.  I looked up the info with him on the phone, and found out that Steve, Tina and William Howe live there.  Definitely not Indian sounding names for sure.  I asked him where his call center was located and he said BALI... then I said Bali? then he said no. Poway.  

Then I said I needed to get the FBI on the phone.  I put my brother on the phone who said he was Agent Crass from the FBI and that they were tracing this call.  The guy started panicking.  Saying things like Please don't send them to me.  

Then my brother said it was a federal crime to scam people on the phone and hung up.  I was still on the phone, and asked the guy for his name.

He insisted that he didn't have a name.  I asked for his phone number, which he insisted he didn't have one.  I asked him if he was sick.  He said no.  I told him I thought he had a terrible disease that makes you lose your memory and forget your name and I needed to call the police right away.  To which he said he felt fine.  I insisted that I get the police on the other line and he kept insisting that I don't.  

Then I told him he was an illegal scam artist and he said everything he was doing was alegal.  I said what the hell is alegal... then he spelled out legal for me.  as you can see.. just keep messing with them.  I told him I had transferred the call to my cell phone was heading to his address to make sure he was ok.  Thats when he REALLY panicked.  I told him I had the paramedics on the other line, and they would be there soon.  I pulled up google maps and saw a white van in the driveway of the house of the address he gave me, so i said "sir do you have a white van in your driveway?" to which he flipped the heck out and hung up.

Total call 18:20.  Total Value of the Call?  PRICELESS!!!!

Have received nine calls in the last 24 Hrs from this number.  This morning the calls were around one hour apart.  I answered one of them, the caller hung up & then called again just over an hour later.  No idea who or what this is, but it IS irritating!

Scam, do not provide any info. No way for local agencies to stop the phones call, just continue to ignore.

I'm getting about 20 calls a day from this number. There is never an answer.

I have noticed on my call display this number 5 or 6 times a day for about a week now. No messages left on my answering machine. Have searched internet on this number and see lots of complaints about it.

Same story as everyone elses...  According to my web research this call orginates in Lynnwood, WA.  I'm considering forwarding all inbound calls to the Lynnwood PD (my tel service forwards all of the caller info - ID string, Ph#, etc...)  Maybe the Lynwood PD can do something about these guys.

We get calls from this number DAILY and often more than once a day!!! It is always complete silence when we answer. I just tried calling the number because this is simply harassment now! Just got some music.
