Scam irs call.stated id be arrested in 45mins if i didnt provide dob and last 4 digits of social.i asked who was arresting me and he hung up.

left me a voicemail saying that if i or my attorney didnt call back that the situation would unfold on me, blah blah blah, very creepy.

Have recieved over a dozen recorded messages from these people over the last month. Threatening legal action. Claiming they are the IRS. Called to tell them to stop calling me, that the IRS does not call people and was threatened with arrest.

Computer-generated voice stating "Your retained attorney of records to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My phone is 434-658-2257. I repeat 434-658-2257. Do not disregard this message and do return the call. If I don't hear from your attorney either, then the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation totally unfolds on you. Goodbye." Creepy. Scammer.

This is real IRS , they help meh to convert my bad taxes to good one......they are the one who saved my life,

Obviously a foreigner who did not speak proper English & claiming to be with the irs. I played along for a few minutes till he started threatening legal action. I told him I would have my attorney contact him via the phone # I had called. He became very uneasy. As soon as I said I would seek criminal actions if I found the call to be fraudulent he hung up on me. Lol

I had a call saying I have committed tax fraud from this number! Man did not speak English

People are notified of lawsuits via registered mail with a signature required.

Received a call just like the others listed with a voice mail telling me or my atty to call back or good luck to me as things unfold what a joke.  So I called back and asked for the agent ID which was totally fake - then told him I forwarded all information to the Atty Gen of NC to which he hung up on me.  I immediately called back and asked him why he hung up on me if this wasn't a scam to get money from innocent people to which he immediately called me a b*tch and asked me what I was going to do about it and kept calling me a b*tch.  Totally a scam and I encourage you to block the number and inform the IRS and your Atty General as I did.
