I got a text from this person saying "hi Heather". When I asked who it was they responded, ";) a.dd me on skype ... ID is gracegirl31:0x28ch1scev7" it was typed like that exactly. I told them that they didn't answer my question and I get a reply of "oh no I have no signal :(" and then when I tried asking them who it was they haven't responded yet.

The text was sent by a bot.
Apparently the bots glean numbers from Facebook and call them...
Message 1: "Hi (your name)"
Message 2: "add me on (skype or yahoo messenger)," followed by their ID
Message 3: "oh no/omg, my battery is dying/I'm losing my signal"

Got a text that simply said hello. googled it and it appears this number is a bot.
Make it stop texting me.

Just got a text. Apparently a robot call. Annoying to peak my curiosity and then say" sry I have no signal :("
What's the point?

Date:  January 5 at 6:47pm.  I received a text.

Message 1:  "Hi ;P"
I responded:  " I don't have you saved in this phone.  Who is this?
Message 2:  ";-) a.dd me on S.k.y.p.e... ID is annawoman5
I responded:  No. Do I know you?
Message 3:  "sorry I have no battery life:-("
