Got a Voicemail threatening to come out to my residence the following tuesday. I called the number I was contacted on and a "Karen Green" answered. Claiming to be a mediation firm, no real proof of contracts for loans. Found out it's an illegal collections agency in NY not even based in Utah. She sounded very nasally and phony, sounded like I was speaking to a teenage valley girl, was immediately annoyed with her tone, very arrogant. Do not pay them!!

Got a voicemail threatening to come serve me at my residence. Called the number that contacted me and a "Karen Green" picked up claiming to be with a mediation firm called "Clear View Resolutions". She sounded very phony, like a valley girl, very nasally, almost like she was trying too hard to make herself sound younger, nails on a chalkboard. Very arrogant. When I asked for original contract from the lendor I supposedly took a loan from, she told me they didn't have it (conveniently I may add) and that I need to  contact the company myself to get proof. Pretty sure that's their job to have all info before making accusations of not paying. Nothing ever came of it, just empty threats of wage garnishments and fear mongering. Glad I didn't agree to a payment plan cuz the company isn't legit. Be careful not to fall for [***] like this!!

Why would you return their call?  Process servers rarely (never?) call in advance.

Scams like this abound, and calling them back is a huge mistake, because it allows these scumbags to continue their game, which is to illegally extract money from you, their victim.
