He call forthe first time, leave a message but don't speak,,,

...got the same call, but no message left...

It seems to be a Telus Mobility voicemail access number, allowing a user to takes its voicemail messages when he doesn't have his phone for the Montreal area.

I had a call from this number the first time I missed a call with my new telus phone. I didn't try though.

Were in the USA and when we tried to delete, it dialed the number and wound up being charged by koodo(Telus) $1.50 for each time we tried to delete. Did not realise everytime we tried to delete we were being charged a minute of airtime roaming. KOODO refused to adjust even when they could see by the time that they were all one after the other
