This unknown caller left no voice message and a Google search indicates a possible fraudster.

ASKED IF I SPOKE FRENCH. I SAID NO. HE HUNG UP.

"Are you the owner of the home?" (In French) Noise in background of many voices on phones. Second call in two days.
Landline that belongs to a known scammer:  Iristel Inc.
Have received these calls and traced them in the past to the same company for many years.

Plagiarizing the original post simply because you either weren't smart enough to come up with enough words to make your own report or because you were too lazy gets your post reported for removal.  I'd be willing to bet that you are both uneducated and lazy.

Woman with chinese voice asked me if I was Mrs so and so . I told her you have the wrong number.

Une dame me dit que mon numéro de téléphone aurait été sélectionné au hasard pour une voyance gratuite... Pourtant mon numéro est inscrit au gouvernement pour bloquer ce genre de pub donc attention !

He asked if I spoke French. I heard a lot of talking in the background,  I asked him if he spoke English,  and in English he said no, sounded disappointed but was polite. Did not hang up without saying goodbye.

Just got a call from this number, second day in a row, again no message left.    Answering services/machines= best tech invention EVER to filter scam/marketing calls😎👍🏼.
