(They call from a blocked number, but after minutes of debate I got her to give up the name of her company.)

Rude AF cold-callers. Called, tried to get passed around from person to person. and ARGUED with me when I told her to take our ENTIRE company off their call list.
I repeatedly asked her what the call was in regards to, and she insisted that it WASN'T a sales call, but rather a "financial matter" however, we don't HAVE any business with them, so yes, it WAS a sales call.

Whatever it is they're selling, we don't need it from argumentative people.

Called and asked for CFO, when asked what the call was regarding was willing to say it was a finance matter, cost center to be exact. Asked who they were and put them on hold to see if anyone was interested in taking the call. She let herself drop off my directory before even 30 seconds was up.

Of course I was told they had to follow same procedure as all cold callers. Submit in writing to the corporate mailing address please. And remove all company information from their data base. We'll have their information and no one need be repeatedly called unless or until we initiate the contact.

They spammed our entire 911 system, every number, over and over. This caused our lines to be useless until they were done with their "tests".

We tried calling back to remove our numbers, but all we could get was a voicemail.

Wouldn't work anyway, crooks don't obey laws or your wishes.

They called all 6 of our lines at once and all it was, was an automated call.

Just got a call from someone from 'Spyglass'. She asked for me by my first name and as soon as I said 'This is he' she hung up. The entire call lasted 10 seconds. Obviously trolling for contact info.

Brett Clark from Spyglass has called our office from a blocked number (reads "private) about once or twice a week for the last few months.  He is rude, condescending and a liar.  I am required to answer all calls and we have actual clients that the CID shows as private, so I have to endure his telemarketing nonsense. He keeps asking for our president claiming it's for an "important financial matter".  Sometimes he'll call and just ask for the president's voice mail, acting like he's in a hurry and too important to answer the screening questions.

When I ask for more information, he gets agitated, then lies saying that he's just following up on a conversation they had with each other a couple of weeks ago.  The president has no clue who he is, what the company is and is not interested in talking to someone who will lie about having made prior contact.  I tell Brett that he's unavailable and I get the "just put me through to his voicemail, I'm sure he will want to know I called".  Sure.....  I guess Brett   doesn't realize that I have answered the phone every time he has called and have never passed him through!

Life lesson for Brett - don't be rude and condescending to the gatekeeper, we have excellent memories and your name is forever etched on my NOPE list.
