Was told to  press one if I wanted to lower my credit card rates. Then asked for a credit card that was not near the limit and in good standing. I let her talk till she wanted my cc number. I asked for her phone number so I could call back and verify. Had some lame excuse that I would not get her but the line for existing customers only. When I said someone could point me in the right direction to sign up she got a bit flustered. Put me oh hold and never came back.
