Called multiple times. Recorded massage about lowering credit card rates. When I press 1 to speak with someone, was redirected to person named misses     Jackson. She sad she is from company Called Financial Cervices (previously on the same call they sad to represent Consumer Cervices) and asked about my private financial information. On my request to provide her real phone number (caller ID showed 44207499888), she refused saying that first I have to qualify for lowering my rates. When I toled her that I will not provide my financial information to strangers with fake caller ID and questionable company, she hangup on me.
It Is the scram!!! Be aware!!! There are trying to get her personal information for identity theft.

I didn't answer the call.  It came on my cell, and said it was from California.  I don't give my cell phone number out to anyone but a few friends and family.   The number showed up as (442)074-998882, which seemed strange to me.  Have you ever heard of a 074 prefix?
