Received call on 1/22 at 12:07pm.  Recorded message implied that my credit card interest was available at a lower rate but only through that day.  Advised me to stay online and speak to an agent by selecting number one on the dial.  I hung up.  I had received similar calls previously and in frustration and curiousity, I finally selected the agent, and a young man with a southern accent responded.  I asked him what card he represented and he disconnected me immediately.  I have received numerous calls with similar numbers.  Each time it is a different number.  This is all coming through on numbers registered with the do not call registry.  I am reporting the last three and all that continue to get through.
