    OK.....this must be a good one.  Caller ID shows EMPIRE BC...last night 7:25 PM.  I was out, so not sure if my one ring blocker hung up for me.  California area code calling in the evening to the East Coast.......supposedly from Empire BC (insurance?)  No message.

    I hate companies that call like this using phone numbers that NEVER link to them.  If you want me to answer the phone, make sure the called ID says the company your spamming us from
