- Caller: United Health Care
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Annoyed1| 2 repliesThis is a call from the United Healthcare Medicare Advantage House Calls Program. I know this was a legitimate call because this is my health insurance company. They do call periodically (every 6 months or so). I guess they are especially touching base with their members now during the Coronavirus Pandemic to check up and make sure all is well. I am not writing a negative report about this number because I think this call was on the up and up.
- Caller: United Healthcare House Calls Program
- Call type: Valid
- Kay replies to Annoyed1I have United Healthcare also, but the I D on my phone says unknown caller.
- busyonethis may be a legit number for UnitedHealth, but how many times do you have to tell them you are NOT interested in their home visits. It's like they don't understand, almost border line harassment.they need to stop calling people who have said they don't want the service.
- Caller: UnitedHealthCare
- Call type: Unwanted
- ConnieI didn't answer, they didn't leave a message
- ESThey call almost every other day, have resorted to blocking the number after telling them I'm not interested and they continue to call.
- Caller: Medicare untied health care
- Call type: Unwanted
- Lync replies to Annoyed1This is true. I talked to them once, but the caller was very pushy. I said I didn’t want anyone in my home during a pandemic. They continued to tell me how safe it is.
- Vicky FontenotDon't want any calls to my cell If they left a message can't access especially without a name, I'll block and won't answer!
- Caller: No Company Name
- SickofScammersThese people call my mother EVERY FREAKING DAY on her cell. She is enrolled with United, but these people - unidentified on the CID- are apparently affiliated with United & are peddling a home visit service to milk retirees' Medicare money.
I don't know how they get away doing this to elderly people. After a certain point, it seems like their high-pressure sales pitch & incessant telephone harassment becomes coercion & I'm thinking about making a complaint to my state's AG office.
United Health Care should be ashamed for giving out their customers' private cell phone telephone numbers & subjecting them to this. Even if UHC is not affiliated at all with these telemarketing medicare leeches, these home health care hucksters have been operating a very long time from the same number & UHC has done nothing to disassociate itself from them & protect people on their plan.- Caller: unidentified
- InspectorrejectorI've gotten these calls most every day for the past few weeks, I doubted it was actually UHC so i called them (UHC) and they said it was a valid number. Today I answered. The key words in the beginning of the script she reads in heavy accent is "We're partnering with UHC...." So, they are not UHC, they are trying to get you to sign up for home health care and collect Medicare money. Very persistent. Was continuing to talk as i said "I don't want anybody coming to the house and hung up. Before my company switched us to UHC we got the same type of calls claiming to be from Humana.
- Caller: claims to be United Healthcare
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Maryconstant calling with no message
- Caller: UHG XLHealth
- Call type: Unwanted
- PaulCaller ID says "untdhealthcare."
Live lady says she's from United Healthcare and wants to tell me about home care visits. She asks if I'm familiar with it.
I told her I was familiar with it, and I was not interested. I thanked her and got off the phone.
Since I do have UHC insurance, I don't know if the call was legitimate, but I would not sign up for anything just based on a phone call, anyway. I would do it online to make sure.- Caller: claimed to be insurance company
- SandyI believe they are legit, but annoying. They were trying to get me to enroll in house calls program. I rd him twice I was not interested and he kept talking. Finally I interrupted him and he told me not to interrupt him. I told him that I had already told him I was not I interested and yet you keep talking. I hung up.
- Caller: United health care
