I got a call from this number, The my caller ID said it was from OPTUMMTM. I let my answering machine take calls I don't know, The person said she was from United Healthcare and that they was calling to schedule an appointment,I have no idea who they are and when I looked up the number it said the caller was in Maryland, Thats no where near where I live not even the same state.

Called but failed to leave a message.

This number has called me a few times,I do not answer calls I don't know so I let the answering machine take the call.The caller ID says it's from OPTUMMTM, I do not know who there are They say they are from United Healthcare and that they are calling to make an appointment with me.I noticed that they are calling from Maryland,I'm in a completely different state.

Called, left a message asking for someone that wasn't me saying they were from OPTUMM, caller ID said OPTUMMTM. Wanting to schedule an appointment.

claims to be from UHC to schedule my yearly house call appointment for review of my medication. I just had my family doctor physical, she still claims i Had to do this house call.I told her to check records of my physical. finally hung up on this scammer

I got a phone call from this number on my cell phone and this woman with a heavy Hispanic or Pilipino accent told me she was calling from United Health Insurance and she wanted to arrange an over the phone interview to discuss my medications. When she started asking for account numbers I brushed her off and got her off my phone. I despise these scam artist. Now I'm blocking the number,

same as you BBB they ask private info, and have the person verify- i said if you are united health care you shoud have my info ,the girl argued in a nice way that she has to have me verify......i think scammers

I received a call from this number and they left a message saying that they are associated with United Health Care  and they were calling  about an appointment,  but the girls had a strong asiatic accent, and the caller Id showed  OPTUMMTM, so I called directly to United Health Care, they called the number and verified that this number was not from them, looks like scam.

I just called directly again United Health Care and one of the ladies told me that this is a legitimate call, what happens is that they are subcontracting call services for calls related to health preventive exams and support, the OPTUM MTM caller left this number to call back 1-866-216- 0198, which is legitimate  as confirmed by United Health Care customer service agent. Hope this clarify a bit the confusion about this caller.

This number is legit. It's for OptumRx, which is a division of UnitedHealthcare. I just received this call for my grandmother and she is a UnitedHealthcare Medicare plan member. They were calling to set up her annual HouseCalls visit with a medical practitioner. If you or any family member have any health insurance through UHC, you may receive this call at least once a year.

I called back this number and they responded as United Health Care.
