I received a call from 443-492-5665 on 11/4/2020 at 2:55 PM, the name ID read as "UNTDHEALTHCARE." The pre-recorded message said the following: "Hello, this is an important message from UnitedHealthcare, your health insurance provider. Your health is important to us, that's why we want to provide you with a UnitedHealthCare HouseCalls visit. When you schedule your HouseCalls visit, one of our health care practitioners will meet you in the convenience of your home, complete a comprehensive medical exam, and provide education on clinical topics designed to support your health goals. A summary of your visit will be shared with your primary care provider, as this visit does not replace the relationship you have with your provider. The HouseCalls visit is provided at no additional cost as part of your healthcare plan. You'll also be eligible to receive a $25 gift card upon completion. To learn more and to schedule your personalized convenient HouseCalls visit, press zero, or you can call us at 1-866-4..."

CID identified this number as United Health Care.  Since that is neither my healthcare provider nor my health insurance company, I let it go to VM.  Robocaller delivered a canned spiel, first identifying itself as United Health Care “your health care provider.”  I noted that no one’s name was used, and that it is NOT a healthcare provider or insurer for anyone in this household.  When my real healthcare provider leaves a message, even a robocall appointment reminder, it always starts by saying, “This message is for ‘NAME’.”  All legitimate callers identify by name the person they want to talk with. When the caller doesn’t know your name, you know it’s a scam!  The call went on to say they want to send a healthcare practitioner to my home to do a comprehensive medical examination, provide healthcare instruction, answer questions, and will give a summary of the results to my PCP. They care about my health!  Methinks they care (at best) about enriching themselves, and have no idea who I am! I am not so foolish as to let some stranger into my home, answer a bunch of personal questions, and let the stranger, whose credentials are not given, comprehensively examine my body!  These scammers should be arrested immediately!
