This is a scam.   Says services were requested from your phone when infact you have never requested any services

ALERT- ALERT ALERT- THIS IS A SCAM - Got a call from this number. VM also said that his name was Dan and he was following up on a service request from me on 01/25 saying I spoke to Brianna to request a Service - if you cal bacl from your phone, they will scam your information - usually they call to smart phones - if yu try to call from a payphone or nerwortk phone ( a compmy for expample) the call never connected to 464-727-24-24 - only if you call back from your number- appears they have already all type of computer programing to hit you most likely with theft identity -

I got a call from this number (464-727-2424). "Dan" left a voicemail saying the same as the others have said. Bogus.

Got the call today - Dan left a message....I supposedly spoke to "Leah" on 05/01 - thanks for all the notes already made - clearly WON'T be calling Dan back :)

Got the same Dan thing, today he claimed I requested services on 7/20 and talked to Tabitha - on 6/28 he called and claimed I requested services on 6/26 and spoke with his colleague Ashley. Irritating.

I got a call from this number today, from Dan, saying that I spoke to his colleague Ana regarding a service request. I haven't requested any services.... I don't know what he's talking about.

Got a call today from them.  Asked for me.  When I asked who was calling...they did not answer the question, the reply was "I have a confidential message."  I said I would not connect him to Rick until I found who he was and they hung up.  Tried to call them back, and you can't.

Got a call on my cell from this number 464.727.2424 asking to speak to me. I didn't identify myself & asked them to leave a message. He claimed it was confidential & could only speak to that person. Said he'd call back & hung up. When I dialed the number back from my work phone it was not a working number.

Same here. They called me on my cellphone. He wouldn't identify himself saying confidential message & would call back. So I wasn't going to call back on my cell, so I tried calling the number back from my work phone & call would not go thru daubing it was not a working number.

Yep. Dan strikes again saying I talked to Esmeralda about services. I HATE calling people so I know I didn't call anyone for services. Ridiculous...

It's an Employee Assistance Program. The reason they don't give information is because it's regarding counseling, which is Protected Health Information.

LOL, not a scam at all. It's an Employee Assistance Program. You probably requested counseling and it's just a follow-up courtesy call. It's protected health information, therefore, he can't give out info unless he KNOWS it's you.

But they should also identify themselves - I worked in HR and the EAP callers would always identify who they were, the company, and their phone number.
