    Scam robocall apparently saying they are Global IT Services again, and will be billing $299 to my "plastic card" unless I call them back.  Total scam.  Dangerous caller, do not answer.

    They gave this number saying I must call back immediately.  Gave no name of who they are or who they were calling for  or even  why just the demand repeated twice.

    One of those "city name only" calls from the "scam voice". It starts before the outgoing message is complete, so only a portion of the highly distorted message is recorded. It is the same voice as the IRS scam, the Microsoft scam, the Social Security scam and others. I have no idea what this was hawking, but it is obviously another scam.
