Oil investment scam.  Wanting to talk directly to my boss/owner and asked for him by first name like he was a close friend.  He call from 469-283-1106.

Robert called with Legacy Exploration, asking to speak to my boss, wants supporters for projects, wants to send over information about tax deductions and such.

Yup, Robert just called for my boss with the same scam.

Same with us...just received call from Robert...took a message and he gave me this same number as direct line...

Called from 214-736-7766 asked for my boss, said his name was Robert from Legacy Exploration

Robert has called several times and I tell him the same thing every time. The owner is not here nor will he ever be here, I will have you talk to the GM who runs the company since my boss has checked out. He says "No, I have to talk to the owner, (bosses name)". Well its not happening...click.

I just received the same phone call.
Good morning Paula, this is Robert Wisnewski, I need to speak to George. (he asked for him by his first name also, as if he knew him) I asked him what company he was with and what the call was in reference to? He said he was with "Legacy Explorations" and the call it was in reference to a few project proposals that he had coming up and wanted to see if George would be interested in any of them and to ask George to give him a call back at 569-283-1106.

Same here, just now.  Called from 469-283-1106.  Said he was Robert Wisnewski and needed to talk to Matt about some projects he had coming up.  I just kindly took the message and threw it away. lol

Got the same call from Robert, like I know him.  Looking for investments, again.  He won’t stop calling.

same here.  Robert Wisnewski called asked for my boss by first name.  What a fraud.  Can't wait for him to call again so I can tell him so.

Same as all the other post on here. Called ask for my Boss/Owner by name. We are told to ask when we answer the phone what project the caller is calling about./ He said there is no project name yet, which is impossible in our field. Total Scam!!

Dallas TX phone number came up on Caller ID with no business name or personal name attached.  Caller asked for my boss by his legal first name (which he doesn't go by), so this was my first clue that it was a solicitor.  Caller then was insistent that I give him my boss's cell phone number so they can continue to discuss the project.  I told him that I will  not give out my boss's cell phone number and that I can take a message.  Caller stated his name was "Ron Maynard" and my boss was to call him back in regards to a project that he is working on and stated, when pressed, that his company was named Legacy.  Caller would not tell me the location of the project, bid date, or what scope of work it was.  Any other legitimate caller would have provided me with the aforementioned information to expedite a quote from our company.  Needless to say, I tossed the message.

Same as above but he has changed his name now to Ron Maynard but everything else is exactly as above.
SCAM

Same as above, this person called for my boss (knew his first name), and asked for a return call. Really glad I checked up on him first; sounds sketchy.

gordon buford is the name now on the call in now...says he has a proposal for the boss , which he called by her first name? asked company and he responded Legacy with the number 4692831180, wanted a cell number and i politely said no. total scam

same here! this person who called his name John Griffin called my boss (by his first Name) and asked to speak to him, I told he was not available that I will take a message I ask for his name phone which is 469-283-1108 and asked what project was he from and said no project is in reference to a Land Development project he needs to discuss with him have him call me

Robert Wisnewski with Legacy Exploration 469-283-1106 called and asked to speak to our owner regarding a project he wants to run by him. And yes he did ask for him by his first name like he knew him.

Thanks guys for posting this! Today Ron started all of the above mentioned with me! This guy is the biggest scam that I believe I’ve ever heard of!
