Did not leave a message.  Returned call - indicated to Press 9 to be placed on their Do Not Call list.

Called, rang 2 Times then they hung up. It indicated Dallas Tx

Scammers trying to get Christmas money, callers id says Customer Care, umm, I'm not your customer, today or tomorrow.

Just called, it rang three times, and they were AFRAID to leave a message.  They know what they are doing is illegal and do not care.  They operate from call centers outside the U.S. and could care less about any "do not call" list.
If you answer the phone and press a number to be put on the "do not call" list, all you are doing is validating that the number they called is a good number.  So, if you block them, then they know that someone or something is blocking their number, so they use another spoofed number.

There are a lot of videos on the internet that show these call centers in foreign countries.  As soon as one is taken down, another one pops up.   They make such great money that it is worth the risk.

Caller ID said "Customer Care".  I answered it, nobody there.
