Useing my ph number in an ID spoof in an effort to collect a debt.

also rec'd a call from Mike Malone with a request to "I need to talk with you, please call me right back."  Did not return his call.

This is from a debt collector. Mike Melone, they specialize in business collections.  Very high pressure!  Talk to a lawyer before you talk to this guy!

Guy trying to act like a lawyer, trying to collect a non valid debt.

Mike Malone from Argos Alliance Group.....haven't talked to him yet.  He's been calling my grandfather and somehow got his SSN and says his SSN is on the debt and needs to pay $500 by today.  This is horrible my poor grandfather is sick and these guys are harrassing him. I will be calling him back tomorrow.

SO I got a call Mick guy and he was like my client is going to sue you if you don't take care of this today!
I was so nerved out. I agreed to take care of it if they send me some proof of who they were, and he gave me smack about that. So I called back and talked to a Jerry Jacobs. I told him what happened and he was like yea they will. I find out today they are a debt agency not a lawyer. I stopped payment, and filed with the BBB.

Rec'd call from Mike Malone saying we owe a ridiculous amount. He got cursed out and hung u on. Hes a real jerk! Yelling he was gone sue us. He's not even a lawyer, just some schmuck probably sitting in a hot [***] call center.He called from 469-521-1270.
