This shows up as Haller Harlan- reverse lookup says its a cell phone. Obnoxious sales call from a guy claiming to help me get customers to "pay up". I told him to remove my number from his list, that he was violating law by calling since my number is properly registered on the do not call list and he called me "an [***]" as I hung up. A couple minutes later he called back and again asked me if I wanted help collecting money from customers (I don't have collectibles) and I told him that I had his number now trapped on my caller ID and that I would report his abusive behavior.
