called from Travis Jackson demanding to speak to owner of business.  Would not give any info just said he was with his attorney.  I hung up we got harrassed all day yesterday from 919-912-7991 & 941-961-8518.  I think they are connected.

We may have from time to time customers or debtors that maybe upset about something.  We want to resolve any issues you may have.

We are not out to get anyone, we don't determine who gets placed for collections, we just do the job our client hires us to do.

In doing that, if you have any issues or concerns, we want to know, we want to look into them and resolve it the correct way.

Got a script message from them today.  They called from a spoofed (fake) number 512-000-0000.  

Some long rambling message about a request from some fake guy at 469-298-1200 sending two investigators out to our office to take pictures, collect serial numbers from equipment, VIN numbers from vehicles, etc blah blah blah.  

Message ended by asking us to call them back at 469-298-1200.

Received voicemail message from Scott Jordan who said he was an independent civil investigator working for the offices of Shane LaMar.  Same story as above, dispatching team to our business to survey, take photos, get VIN and serial numbers...said that they would just show up and be here at 10:30am that day.  No show, no follow up call.  Scam?  Harassment?  Legitimate?  Don't know.

If you've been scammed by these crooks like many other business owners have, I recommend calling Robert Casey with the Dallas FBI White Collar Crimes Division (972) 559-5000. It seems as if Haller Harlan & Taylor is already under investigation and the more business owners that file a complaint, the more evidence they have against hht. It sounds like they will be shut down any day.

said his name was Scott Jordan working with and representing  Johnathan  Sparks  Ph. 469 424-3033 and said the same things said to guest Sept. 2 Sept. 2010 . Plus added CC to I.R.S.  etc....

They are going by the name CMB and Associates......scammers......they are trying to extort money from poor people.
