Apparently the number above thinks I have a fax machine. I do not and the callsare a nuisence.

I received these calls today from both numbers- I also work 3rd shift.  The calls came every minute or so, whether I ignored/hung up on them or not.  I finally had to turn off my phone and the calls stopped.

Over 100 unwanted fax calls from two numbers in less than 30 days. 469-324-0109 and 312-205-0109

Call them and tell them what is going on. May work, may not, but will let them know they have lots of complaints. Person I contacted said they were a service company that sends faxes for other companies. Did say he would contact other company to have my number (which is a private line and not for faxes), removed.
I'll post results here in one week.

called over and over in an hour and still going on.  TRied calling the two different number that were on the caller ID.  Both were fax numbers

called and they referred me to their cust service number 786 552 1900 x2; they were helpful and will hopefully end the calls

Geico Ins.  I had a fax coming today from them.  They kept sending to my non-fax number.  Venali should up on caller id each time.  Maybe that's a company/program they use for faxing??

469-324-0109. Fax calls to my landline. 6 over the last 5 minutes. Quite obnoxious when we're trying to help customers and run a business.

Venali is an internet fax service provider and we process electronic communications, primarily for corporate customers.  Occasionally, a customer will dial numbers in error, resulting in a perceived “nuisance call.”  At times there will be three call attempts to reach the intended fax machine.  These calls are not coming from Venali and are not solicitation or advertising calls, rather the calls are from Venali customers. If you receive a fax call in error, please contact our Customer Support line at 786.552.1900 option 1 and we will immediately address this problem by contacting our customer to inform them of their error.  We understand the calls are an inconvenience and will work quickly to fix these issues.

The company that is the provider is Venali, call them and let them know that the suscriptor under 1 312 205 0109 AND / OR 1 469 324 0109 is trying to send faxes to a wrong number permanently.

I have read all your posts and they have helped immensely. I called the customer service number listed and spoke to a very helpful young man who assured me the harrassing phone calls will stop within 24 hours and if not, to please call back. He explained to me that yes Venali Inc is the company under which these numbers call from;however, Denali is an umbrella company acting as a conglomerate of thousands of privately owned fax companies and they were abusing Denali's contract agreements and would be permanently suspended if they did not remove my personal cell number from their call list. I suggest everyone call the support number and add your number to their stop call list immediately!

This number is calling our office and trying to fax something.  I have faxed back to say wrong number and it has not helped.

I'm from Augusta, Georgia and i swear to god if these people call again at 2:38am like they did tonight and that being the reason i am AWAKE!!!  i can't go back to sleep seeing as they keep calling over and over and over i have received so far 14 calls seriously!! PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!! they should be fined or something cause this is ridiculous and depending on how u look at it, it's also harassment.. GRRRR i will be doing something about this during business hours and i am going to let them know how inconvientent it was for me to get in contact with them but how easy it was for them to call me and wake me up outta bed i am a  68 year old woman and there is honestly no sense in this!! i need my sleep, i have a doctor's appointment at 8am and if i go back to sleep i risk not being able to get back up, geez thanks for ruining my sleep stupid company, you know honeslty this is not good advertising for your company i sure would never use you for anything, or purchase anything from you!! I started getting these calls this morning, and they havent stopped for an hour and a half.
When I answer the phone, its fax machine noise. I called my telephone provider, and they
suggested I look online to find out the source of the calls. Well, here I am, NOW WHAT
IS SOMEBODY GOING TO DO ABOUT THESE INCESSANT CALLS? I WANT THEM STOPPED.

I suspect the same source that made the calls also made up this website. I dont trust any of you idiots.

I've been getting calls from a fax machine on my DO NOT CALL home number non-stop for the last 2 hours. Thank goodness i searched the company online and got this website. I called the number for customer support listed above and got a sleepy- sounding dude who answered with "hello", not a business response. When i asked if this was Venali Inc., he said he was the head of customer relations. He told me to call 786/552.1900, option 2. I got through to a customer relations oriental- sounding woman, who requested the number coming up on my caller ID, which was 312/205.0109, and my ##. She said she would call their "client' and inform them my ## is on the do not call list and not a fax ##. I said if the calls didn't stop I would report them to the FCC and the CPUC and Consumer Affairs. She said she'd do it. We'll see. They're obviously a boiler room operation, damn them.
