Left a voice message and said it was Linda Garcia at Tina Winer a debt collector. I have no outstanding debts and I never heard of this place. I blocked the number.

I got the same message, I blocked the number and will not return the call as I don't know of any debt or anyone from this area code.

I just got a call from this number too (469) 366-8046 but no message left. Showed Plano when the call came through but I'll blink number too.

There threatening to ruin my credit if I don’t send them money  they owe me the over charge for the last 3 years

Progressive idiots keep calling & too dumb to get correct #.
They hide behind unlisted #'s
Everyone should report them to authorities !
