Called asking for someone who does not live here, also called my sister in law, do not know where they got our phone numbers. Told them they had the wrong number but they still call.

Calling and harassing our receptionist.  Very rude and will not stop calling.

I asked them to stop calling and was told they will keep calling every 30 minutes!  Extremely rude.

Our company was contacted by a person who stated his name was Ed Hannagen regarding a claim for WRJ Construction.  I took his name and number and before anyone could return his call he called back and was Extremely Rude and Demanding as to why no one had called him back.  He stated that our company would never get the funds due to us.  It appears to me that Tucker Albin is a vulture company that gets information from public records and uses intimidation tactics to conduct their business.  We have our own collection process and did not request and do not need the services of Tucker Albin and do not appreciate being contacted by such a Rude, Unprofessional company.

Our company is being contacted and harassed over a debt we don't owe and we are being threatened and talked to very nastily by the emplyees of the company.  They have even found out the owners home number and are leaving harassing messages at his house.  They are very rude and impossible to even speak with. They don't want to hear what you have to say nor do they care, they immediatley start yelling no matter who they are speaking to at our company.

Brian Haley x 226 called and has left threatening messages and also has harassed two of our employees.  He won’t even say why he is calling just threatening that we owe “his client” money.  It is a matter that if he calls again, this will be taken up with the police.  He even told me "listen lady and shut your mouth."  I am disgusted and appalled someone would say that.  If this number contacts you, do not return the calls they have no idea what they are talking about and they need to be stopped.

Just received a phone call about  an hour ago  from ext:285 first time I pickup and have to say was the worst conversation I have had with anyone it went as far as the person telling me  "I know you have the information im looking for and I also know where you live so give me what I want before it gets ugly."   .
I been told that the company has been calling for the last three weeks and at least four times a day. They have called leaving harassing messages  not only to my mother but sister and my  ten year old neice. Like Disguested posted up  they won’t even say why they are calling just threatening that someone who dont even live in my house owes “his client” money dont even want to take time to listen to what we have to say.

Have had 2 threatening calls from this firm. One from John Monaham and the other from David Spencer who poses as a Private Detective. Conversations have been very rude to the point that Mr Monaham indicated he would "give enough rope to hang me" and does not even give you a chance to figure out what the problem is. In the second call from Mr. Spencer, he leaves a message and threatens to come to the office site enter and take private information, speak to the neighbors, call all of our suppliers and attempt to cause all types of problems over something that he has not even took the time to understand.  We have recorded both messages and are contacting  the sheriff's department, better business bureau in Tx!!!

I too received a call from John Monaham and David Spencer over a debt collection.  They have threatened physical violence and stated they were going to destroy my life at which time I had my attorney contact them requesting any and all communique go to my lawyer. My request only intensified the nasty, threatening, and harassing phone calls from them.  They have contacted almost all of my family members threatening them and even found a sibling I didn't know I had and began to harass them as well.  They are now calling several of my friends that I was roommates with in college over 10 years ago!!  When John calls he tries to pass himself off as an attorney; which is also an illegal tactic.  I have recorded all conversations and am now seeking further action against this company and these two individuals.  These guys should be in JAIL and at the very least I think a class action suit against them may be in order as I have found a great amount of complaints online against this company!!

You wouldn't have any of these issues if you just paid your debts.

On Friday 3/4/11 I received a call from a man claiming to be a attorney (John Monahan) once on the phone John stated he was calling in reference to a file that was placed on his desk that morning with a claim of a past due!  When I asked him who he was representing since he told my employee that he was an attorney, he immediately turned the story around saying that he NEVER said he was an attorney and that I just needed to answer his question(in a very demanding tone) .  At this point I explained to him that we had a personal attorney and would not tolerate harassing phone calls.  This statement infuriated him making him more aggresive(at which point) I told him that he needed to learn to work in a more professional manner and this conversation was over.  I did not hear back form him that day.

Call Back 3/8/11 claiming to be a David Spencer private investigator for Nueces County on behalf of John Monahan/TuckerAlbin & Associates File # ------ , stating that he was going to be at the property later today to bring a supeona for financial records and to knock door to door to interview and harass basically.  I repeated the information that he had voiced to me for confirmation and then asked him if the number he was calling from (361) 994-2501/Gulf Coast County was who he was with and he sad "No" I said Nueces County and then he abruptly hung the phone up.  I then proceeded to call to verify the information he gave me at which time I found out this was the same man that had called on Friday.  Once again John Monohan began talking AT me this time cussing, once again I hung up on him.  I relayed this information to a third party who then called on my behalf and John Monohan did the same thing stating he had already talked to me and then demanded to know the title of the man he was speaking with.  When John Monohan did not receive the information he wanted he resorted to name calling at which time he once again was hung up on.  Following this call end David Spencer(Again) called and left a message on our voicemail (ACTUALLY LITERALLY) leaving a threat for our records connecting him to John Monohan stating he would be by at 4pm in a silver escalade and he stood 6'3 in height and 220 lbs and he would be taking care of it in an inappropriate fashion!  Not to mention the numbers he called from were ghost number that could not be called back!  

I truly believe that this group is very unprofessional and should be repromanded for there ignorance and extreme unprofessionalism.
